This is the type of recipe that is just screaming out to be shared. A delicious Chocolate Mud cake that is made all the more special as its gluten free gem. I have made it more times than I can remember and each and every time it hits the table the reaction is swoon worthy.
The cake itself is fairly straight forward to make with no overly complicated steps. There are a few ingredients involved and I would suggest that you use organic products where possible as this will not only give the cake a preferable overall flavour but the cake will be a healthier version for your consumers.
